Ms. Kuykendall provides expertise in the review of utility rates, tariffs, and contracts. She primarily works in default service research and reporting, utility assessment and analysis, and rate case support. Prior to her work at Exeter, Ms. Kuykendall provided expert testimony in rate cases on the subject matters of cost of capital, cost of service, and rate design.

Ms. Kuykendall holds a B.S. in Agricultural Resources and Economics with a concentration in Environmental Economics from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Agricultural Resources and Economics from Purdue University.
