Jared Geiger

Mr. Geiger has 15 years of experience in the utility industry. At Exeter, he provides natural gas, electric, and water rate case analysis for investor-owned utility general rate cases and municipality rate increase proposals. He also evaluates contracts, invoices, rate costs assessments, and assesses alternative options for taking gas and power service. Mr. Geiger has experience as an expert witness on a variety of subjects including billing determinants studies, rate area consolidation, bill impact analysis, gas cost recovery, tariffs, and annual infrastructure replacement mechanisms. He has participated in a variety of hearings, settlement conferences, and technical conferences in general rate cases and proceedings involving system integrity programs, alternative ratemaking mechanisms, rate stabilization clauses, annual rate reviews, revenue sharing mechanisms, performance based-ratemaking, and gas demand-side management programs.

Mr. Geiger holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. from West Texas A&M University.
